Barrion allows you to export scan reports as PDF documents for offline review, compliance evidence, and stakeholder communication.
PDF export of a passive scan report is available on every plan, including Free. CSV export of the raw findings is available on Business.
Export Options
PDF Reports
PDF exports generate a formatted report containing:
- Executive summary with security score and letter grade
- Full list of findings organized by category
- Severity ratings and CVSS scores for each check
- Remediation recommendations
- Scan metadata (date, duration, pages crawled)
PDF reports are suitable for sharing with stakeholders who do not have access to the Barrion dashboard.

- Client reports -- Share security posture reports with clients as part of a managed security service or vendor assessment.

Generating an Export
- Navigate to a completed scan in your dashboard.
- Click the Export button.
- Select the desired format (PDF).
- The report will be generated and downloaded to your browser.
Export reflects the scan results at the time the scan was run. To get an up-to-date report, run a new scan before exporting.
